PROPERTY PURCHASE CRITERIA

Inertia Properties reserves the right to decline the purchase of any property that does not meet our criteria. This decision is at our sole discretion, and we will notify you if we are unable to proceed with an offer.

OFFER NOT A GUARANTEED SALE

Please note that any offer provided by Inertia Properties is not a guaranteed sale. An offer is simply a proposal, and it does not constitute a legally binding contract.

BINDING AGREEMENT

A legally binding agreement is formed only once the Offer to Purchase has been signed by all parties involved. Until the Offer to Purchase has been duly signed, Inertia Properties does not have any obligation to proceed with the sale.

CHANGE OF TERMS

Inertia Properties reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.

PROPERTY CONDITION

By submitting your property details, you acknowledge that Inertia Properties may purchase the property in its current condition, without any obligation to repair or renovate the property.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information provided by you will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of evaluating your property for purchase.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Both parties agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to the sale and transfer of property.

By submitting your property details or agreeing to any offer from Inertia Properties, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
